We hope that you’re delighted with your purchase! However, if you wish to exchange it for any reason, please send non-embroidered item(s) back to us with tags attached and in original condition within 14 days from the date of delivery for exchange (No Refund) in accordance with the following terms & conditions.
- Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) back to us, it can take up to 7-10 business days for us to receive your return. Upon receiving the item(s), we process all returns within 3 business days.
- Items that have been washed, worn or embroidered cannot be exchanged.
- The products should be accompanied by the original purchase invoice.
- Products with offers or discounts may be replaced with the same purchase value or higher value within 3 days from the date of purchase.
- Original or return shipping charges are not refundable.
- Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7 - 10 business days for us to receive your return.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Exchange on an item is allowed once with the same receipt.

Wash before wear. Machine wash cold with like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach if necessary. Tumble dry low. Iron low.
